I know lots of you will be grilling this weekend. I just love dusting off the bar-b-q grill after the long winter. This evening I put some chicken and hamburger patties on, and they turned out perfect! Nothing like a big, juicy burger!
We forgot to pick up onion dip mix at the store, so I had to improvise. (I like to add the mix to the raw hamburger meat, before I shape my patties.) I searched through my pantry and found a dill dip mix. You know what? It worked! So, keep that lil tip in the back of your mind.
