The AirMax8L has a timer and three different air speeds. It circulates air up to 1.5 times per hour in a room size of 800 sf, 3 times per hour in 500 sf, and 5 times per hour in 320 sf. Just plug it in and it immediately starts working for you.
This air purifier is quiet, I can’t even hear it if I have it on the lowest speed. I have used it in our family room, and currently have it on our stairwell. It’s able to purify both our living room and upstairs from there.
I’m thinking about getting a couple of the smaller models, for each of our bedrooms. Then I can leave this one downstairs full-time. They’re affordable, that’s a plus in my book.
