It’s National Ice Cream Day! What would summer be without ice cream? We love home made ice cream. Today’s the perfect time to make some too. I once made a Peach Ice Cream that was SO delicious, our oldest son thought it was store bought. Lol, I kid you not! He couldn’t believe his Mom could make something that tasty. But the way my Mommy Powers are set up, I made sure he knew it was all me. I need to make that one again, so I can share the recipe with all of you.
