Last year, I was introduced to Nona Lim’s Real*Simple*Delicious Soups while at a foodie conference. I immediately fell in love with the soup and the company’s philosophy. They’re all about using fresh, local ingredients. Nothing artificial here, Nona’s ready-to-heat soups and entrées are made from scratch using whole, fresh vegetables, homemade stock, and real spices. Their flavor is created from the purest of ingredients and nothing more—no additives, no preservatives, and nothing inflammatory—so what you see is what you get.
Here’s a pic of the three soups I received. The soup in the middle (Thai Green Curry) is an example of their “old” packaging. As you can see by looking at the Carrot Ginger Soup & the Tomato Soup, their packaging looks a lot “cleaner” now. I really like the new look, how about you?
Did I mention these soups are Gluten & Dairy Free? Well, they are! Non-GMO too!

These soups are delicious and good for you. I could literally eat them every single day! Full of flavor! The Thai Green Curry, OMG! It was my favorite out of these three, though I enjoyed them all. That Green Thai Curry is insane! It has tofu in it… I don’t eat tofu… but you know what? I tore that tofu up! That’s how good it is! It has a slight sweetness to it that is addicting. Look at all that goodness on a spoon! 
Here’s a picture of Nona Lim, the chef behind these incredible soups. I’d expect to have this soup in a 5 star restaurant, to be able to have it in my freezer, blows my mind! Thank you, Nona, for creating such a healthy, delicious product. I feel good serving it to my family, knowing it’s made with ingredients I can trust.
