I’ll be baking some of these goodies with my little man, he loves to bake with his Mommy. I can remember spending time in the kitchen with my Mom. I used to like watching her bake cookies and empanadas. She used to love to make Pecan Sandies, they were her go-to cookie. I’d watch her shape them into little crescents, bake them & then dust them with powdered sugar once they cooled off after baking. She made many a dozen Sandies in that kitchen. I’m trying to remember what other cookies she used to make, but those are the only ones that come to mind … like I said, she LOVED baking them. I need to make some of those, in memory of her.
