Unicorn bark recipe
My love of all things unicorn, mermaid, rainbows, and purple, continues to grow! I’m sharing this colorful Unicorn Bark recipe with you today. I’ve included an Amazon link to the sprinkles I used. You can choose from many different ones, to customize your bark.  (link: Sprinkle mix)

This candy bark is fun to make, and even more fun to serve and eat.  You can place pieces of bark in milk shakes, ice cream sundaes, or serve on a tray at a party.  Once you’ve made this, you’ll want to make it again and again. Trust me, this will definitely be a favorite!

HERE’S WHAT YOU DO:

Melt the White Chocolate Almond Bark in a microwave safe dish on 15 second intervals until the White Chocolate is melted, thin, and can easily be stirred.  Line the 9 X 13 dish with parchment paper, and pour the melted chocolate into the dish.  Place drops of the Purple, Pink, and Green food coloring gel all over the White Chocolate, and swirl with a spatula, creating swirls through the food coloring gel and White Chocolate.  (You can add as much or as little food coloring gel as you’d like.) Mix together the sprinkles, nonpareils, candy pearls, or other assorted candy you have chosen, and sprinkle the mix over the top of the swirled white chocolate.  Place the Unicorn Bark in the freezer for one hour to set. When the Bark is set, break into pieces, and use to top ice cream, cake slices, cupcakes, place in treat bags, or other desserts.   Enjoy!Unicorn bark
